A word from Fanny:
After spending the past decade running the “backstage” of a leading international school, I’ve learned what keeps an organisation healthy— and what quietly drains its momentum. My career has taken me from London to Prague and eventually to Singapore, rotating through operations, business development, marketing & communications, HR, and people-first leadership. Seeing every department up close has given me a 360-degree view of how good ideas become great businesses.
That perspective now fuels Elevia. Together with my colleagues—whose construction-sector expertise in safety management and large-scale project delivery keeps us grounded in risk-aware execution—we help education providers, construction companies, SMEs, and start-ups turn vision into sustainable growth.
